Key responsibilities & impact

Lead operational activities in your area for the duration of the shift to achieve the work plan on time and in line with budget and KPIs
Drive performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performance
Review all aspects of shift performance, identifying areas for improvement
Lead the team on shift proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
Management of the warehouse training requirement and function

What you’ll need

Proven experience of managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills
Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
