• Provide support to the customers and the outside sales team in Europe (no cold calling is required)

Strategic Partnerships Manager

• Maximize NRR (Net Revenue Retention): Own the renewal cycle, negotiations, and proactive health checks for ScrapingBee’s accounts to mitigate churn.
• Technical Account Navigation: Act as the primary business and high-level technical point of contact. Understand customer architecture, pain points, competition, data scraping volume needs, and concurrency requirements to suggest optimal plans.
• Expansion & Upsells: Identify expansion triggers (e.g., a client hitting rate limits or expanding into new data extraction projects) and seamlessly guide them into higher tier, custom, or enterprise plans.
• Cross-Functional Advocacy: Partner with our Engineering and Product teams to champion customer feature requests.
• Inbound Deal Execution: Qualify, nurture, and close high-value inbound leads (enterprise developers, data scientists, and product managers) who require more than a self-serve plan.
• Value-Based Selling: Conduct technical discovery calls to understand the prospect’s scraping challenges and demonstrate how ScrapingBee solves their proxy, headless browser, and CAPTCHA problems.
• Shorten Time-to-Value: Facilitate smooth onboarding for premium clients, ensuring their development teams successfully integrate our API

Portfolio Account Manager

• Proactively source, negotiate, and close high-impact, strategic brand-to-brand deals
• Actively manage, optimize, and expand our existing high-profile collaborations to maximize mutual value
• Serve as the central hub for partnership campaigns
• Align with the Social Media, App, Influencer, and Affiliate teams to ensure flawless, end-to-end execution
• Structure win-win collaborations that convert
• Build out new revenue streams via product bundles, app integrations, and co-branded campaigns, ensuring every partnership is effectively monetized

Renewal Sales Representative

• Lead direct sales efforts with public and private sector clients, building trust and positioning Orasio as a strategic, long-term partner.
• Collaborate with the Channel Manager to ensure coordinated execution between clients and their chosen integrators.
• Guide clients through complex on-premise or hybrid deployments, ensuring technical feasibility and contractual clarity.
• Provide hands-on support during pilot phases, training sessions, and project launches both remotely and on-site when needed.
• Identify client needs and translate them into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Ensure each project meets legal and privacy standards, especially around data protection and GDPR.
• Drive solution adoption and long-term satisfaction by delivering strategic account management and high-quality follow-up.

Direct Sales Lead – Baltics

• Own the full lifecycle of seller enrollment and success.
• Evaluate inbound leads from webinars and campaigns to ensure the seller’s stock and quality meet our high standards.
• Act as a consultant for our existing sellers, identifying those eligible for Fulfillment and running targeted upsell conversations to get them onboard.
• Coordinate box orders and lead hands-on (mainly remote) training sessions on how to pack, label, and dispatch shipments correctly.
• Proactively manage your CRM, chasing stock replenishment, preventing late deliveries, and ensuring sellers never run out of active inventory.
• Analyze discount requests and pricing structures to create win-win proposals for our sellers.

Fulfillment Account Manager

• Contributes to the execution of the Commercial strategy, sales, units, and profitability targets established by Sales Management within the assigned sales area by delivering sales budget commitments and growing business in TBR Retail, Wholesales, Commercial Fleets and AG/OR channels.
• TBR Sales Performance: Actively provides input and implements sales strategy for all local sales channels in TBR product group (retail/WH/fleet business).
• Develop and implement seasonal sales plans (conditions, value added proposal, trade marketing, E2E efficiency).
• Follows up plans and proposes pro-active actions if results are not satisfactory.
