About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, maintain and grow long-term partnerships with business, public sector, ecosystem and international partners
  • Act as the main contact person for existing partners: understand their needs, maintain regular communication and ensure high-quality cooperation
  • Onboard new financial sponsors and non-financial ecosystem partners for ROCKIT events, programs and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare partnership and sponsorship proposals, support negotiations, coordinate agreements and track deliverables
  • Work with the ROCKIT team to create value for partners through events, mentorship, workshops, startup selection, demo days, closed sessions and other relevant formats
  • Coordinate joint projects with partners and contribute to ROCKIT’s financial sustainability and public institution goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3+ years of experience in partnerships, key account management, business development, sales, project management or a similar field
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work with different types of partners: companies, sponsors, public institutions, associations, investors and ecosystem organisations
  • Ability to understand partner needs and turn them into relevant partnership proposals, engagement opportunities and long-term cooperation
  • Confidence in preparing commercial / sponsorship proposals and contributing to revenue generation
  • Good project management, communication and representation skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Proactive, structured and ownership-driven mindset
  • Interest in startups, innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Bonus: existing knowledge of the Lithuanian startup ecosystem and/or an active network in the innovation, business, investor or public-sector ecosystem
