Risk

• Join a growing ESG Risk team within Baltic Banking Risk, responsible for second line oversight of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks in Swedbank
• Drive implementation of regulatory requirements related to ESG risk management, including ECB and EBA requirements, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR and related frameworks
• Lead and coordinate ESG risk regulatory projects and initiatives, from interpretation of requirements to practical implementation within the risk framework
• Develop, update and maintain ESG risk governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, instructions and methodological documentation
