About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and coach multiple teams in Agile and Lean ways of working
- Facilitate key Agile events (planning, retrospectives, syncs) or coach teams to self-facilitate effectively
- Identify, escalate and remove impediments while actively managing cross-team dependencies
- Promote transparency through well-maintained boards, dashboards, and meaningful flow metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and strengthen team health, collaboration and psychological safety
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, supporting multiple teams in a multi-Scrum Master setup
- Strong facilitation and coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to balance the needs of several teams
- Ability to connect people, practices and flow across teams and stakeholders
- Passion for building self-sufficient, high-performing teams while still providing leadership and oversight
