About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain Procurement IT applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Implement AI-driven use cases (e.g., AI-powered search, recommendations, automation, and data enrichment)
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and other standard integration platforms
- Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, third-party systems) into data platform
- Collaborate with architects and the team to produce high-level and/or detailed solution designs based on requirements
- Support internal stakeholders and the Product Owner in balancing lifecycle management, maintenance, regulatory requirements, and development activities
- Build and continuously expand your understanding of the business within the value stream
- Participate in and contribute to the full development lifecycle—from initial analysis and requirement gathering to development and ongoing maintenance
- Manage update sets, instance cloning, and version upgrades across different environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- At least 3 years of proven experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow scripting framework
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design pattern concepts
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Employee Center, or front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS)
- Familiarity with data lake technologies (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Lake)
- Exposure to AI capabilities within ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow TPRM, BCM, and ITBM modules is considered an advantage
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience working with international teams
