Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous working experience as a leader in an international environment
- Strong business orientation with ability to translate business needs into scalable competence development activities
- Structured and analytical with the ability to see the holistic picture
- A proven track record of leading group-wide or pan-Baltic projects and driving change successfully
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- A coaching leadership style with the ability to build and grow high-performing teams
- Background in learning & development and/or talent management is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Latvian.
