About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for business development of food ingredients and nutraceuticals
Market analysis and product range evaluation to find new potential
Build close relationships with suppliers and customers
Customer visits, need analysis, and value proposition creation
Participation in production trials and small-scale trials in application kitchen
Project management in cooperation with Customer Service Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Food Technology (or similar)
Minimum 3 year’s experience in the food industry (production/sales) preferred
Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
Exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
High willingness to travel
Very organized, reliable, positive thinking
Very good knowledge of English
Local languages (Russian is nice to have)
