IT Support

• Develop commercial and product strategies for specified ingredients
• Analyze the market and product range of our suppliers to find new potentials
• Create strong relationships with our suppliers and customers
• Visit customers, analyze their needs, create a value proposition
• Attend production trials at customers / make small-scale trials in the application kitchen
• Project management in close cooperation with a dedicated Customer Service Manager
• Align sales strategy for suppliers’ product groups under the supervision of Product managers and Country managers
• Responsible for making market strategy, purchasing, and selling of assigned Product-groups in Germany

• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty food ingredients across the BENELUX countries
• Identify and qualify new prospects within pet food manufacturers and human food processors, building a robust pipeline.
• Deliver technical presentations and conduct on-site or virtual trials to demonstrate product performance.
• Collaborate closely with R&D to adapt formulations, drive innovation, and support new product development.
• Manage pricing negotiations, contract proposals, and order forecasting to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, and translate insights into actionable plans.
