About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
- Actively identify and acquire new B2B customers across Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary
- Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales targets and budget
- Manage and close sales projects
- Conduct customer churn analyses and develop win-back strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally handling feedback and complaints
- Prepare sales reports and analyses to guide sales activities
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Food Technology or a related field
- Proven sales experience in Austria, Slovenia and Croatia
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Organized, reliable, and positive mindset
- Valid driving licence
- Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical expertise
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
- Excellent German and English language skills
