About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
Actively identify and acquire new B2B customers across Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary
Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales targets and budget
Manage and close sales projects
Conduct customer churn analyses and develop win-back strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally handling feedback and complaints
Prepare sales reports and analyses to guide sales activities
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Food Technology or a related field
Proven sales experience in Austria, Slovenia and Croatia
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Organized, reliable, and positive mindset
Valid driving licence
Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical expertise
Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
Excellent German and English language skills
