About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
Actively identify and acquire new B2B customers in Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary
Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales budget
Manage and close sales projects
Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
Conduct customer loss analyses and develop win-back strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints
Prepare sales reports and analyses to guide sales activities
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Food Technology or a related field
Sales experience in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia
Required: Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical expertise
Confident user of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
Excellent German and English language skills
High willingness to travel across the assigned region
