Benelux Sales Manager – Beverage Flavours

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing strategic accounts and identifying business opportunities
- Negotiating contracts and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to customers
- Developing and implementing regional/global sales strategies for target markets
- Analyzing sales performance data and adjusting plans to achieve KPIs
- Representing at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field; MBA – an advantage
- Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales, preferably with Flavours or Food Ingredients
- Experience with beverages would be an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and business acumen
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; other languages – a plus
