About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing strategic accounts and identifying business opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to customers
  • Developing and implementing regional/global sales strategies for target markets
  • Analyzing sales performance data and adjusting plans to achieve KPIs
  • Representing at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field; MBA – an advantage
  • Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales, preferably with Flavours or Food Ingredients
  • Experience with beverages would be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; other languages – a plus
