About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively source, negotiate, and close high-impact, strategic brand-to-brand deals
Actively manage, optimize, and expand our existing high-profile collaborations to maximize mutual value
Serve as the central hub for partnership campaigns
Align with the Social Media, App, Influencer, and Affiliate teams to ensure flawless, end-to-end execution
Structure win-win collaborations that convert
Build out new revenue streams via product bundles, app integrations, and co-branded campaigns, ensuring every partnership is effectively monetized
Provide clear, structured reporting on partnership performance, tracking ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and identifying future scaling opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in marketing, PR, business development, or a similar partnerships role
Fluent in verbal and written English
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and managing a pipeline
Deep understanding of digital marketing, growth channels, performance campaigns, and the influencer/creator ecosystem
Experience with CRM/pipeline management (preferably Pipedrive) and strong presentation/pitching skills using tools like Canva or PowerPoint
Nice To Have: Prior experience in the wellness, health tech, DTC, SaaS, or lifestyle industries
A pre-existing network of relevant brands, agencies, or creators
Direct experience managing app/platform integrations or affiliate marketing programs
