Account Manager

• Proactively source, negotiate, and close high-impact, strategic brand-to-brand deals
• Actively manage, optimize, and expand our existing high-profile collaborations to maximize mutual value
• Serve as the central hub for partnership campaigns
• Align with the Social Media, App, Influencer, and Affiliate teams to ensure flawless, end-to-end execution
• Structure win-win collaborations that convert
• Build out new revenue streams via product bundles, app integrations, and co-branded campaigns, ensuring every partnership is effectively monetized
• Provide clear, structured reporting on partnership performance, tracking ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and identifying future scaling opportunities

Brand Partnerships Manager

Affiliate Manager

• Source and recruit high-potential affiliates through outbound outreach and inbound application review; activate and onboard them with clear promotional guidance.
• Coordinate monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen content initiatives with affiliates; ensure accurate delivery of offers, links, and assets; with an alignment together with the Head of Dept.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs, and proactively suggest ways to increase conversion rates, AOV, and overall ROI per partner.
• Work with the creative team to ensure affiliates receive up-to-date banners, landing pages, visuals, swipe copy, co-branded landing pages, discount codes, etc.
• Provide affiliates with proper tracking links and instructions; ensure integrations work correctly and troubleshoot any issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for affiliate questions; build trust and maintain strong relationships through consistent, timely communication.
• Daily audit partner activity for quality and compliance; flag any suspicious behavior and enforce program policies.
• Generate performance reports and insights for internal use and partner updates.
• Work closely with the Head of Affiliates, Creative Team/CRO, Finance, Influencer Marketing Manager, Customer Support, and WEB team to ensure smooth and aligned execution.

Affiliate Marketing Manager

• Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B partners and key accounts
• Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities
• Drive outbound outreach to potential distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing partnerships
• Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, marketing, and support teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner experience
• Track account performance, sales trends, and partner needs
• Prepare business reviews, sales updates, and partnership plans
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong long-term relationships
• Support expansion into new markets and channels
