• Perform hands-on quality assurance across core product areas
• Own and coordinate test planning, regression scope, and release sign-off
• Ensure consistent QA standards and testing practices across multiple teams
• Actively collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers
• Identify quality risks early and ensure issues are caught before production
• Review and improve existing QA processes, tools, and workflows
• Support release preparation and act as a quality owner for release readiness
• Drive clarity around ownership, communication, and expectations related to product quality

• Audit and continuously improve key user journeys (onboarding, core usage, Premium flows)
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction and opportunities
• Translate insights into clear, intuitive product experiences
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Ensure consistency across all features and touchpoints
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality implementations
• Contribute to product decisions with user-centric and data-informed thinking

• Own forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking across all B2B activities

• Run pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and execution follow-ups
• Ensure consistent, on-time delivery across all B2B initiatives
• Identify risks, performance gaps, and act proactively
