About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage the full accounting function end to end.
Lead, support, and develop the accounting team.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting.
Maintain fully reconciled balance sheets and reliable P&L accuracy.
Establish and enforce clear accounting processes, controls, and approvals.
Oversee VAT, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.
Improve cash flow visibility, inventory accuracy, and accrual processes.
Identify risks early and ensure issues are resolved before escalation.
Build scalable accounting operations that support company growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in accounting with full ownership responsibility.
Proven experience leading or managing accountants.
Deep understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and compliance.
Experience building or improving accounting processes and controls.
Ability to establish predictable month-end close and reliable financial data.
Audit experience or strong audit-readiness mindset.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Strong ownership mentality and confidence in decision-making.
Clear communicator able to work closely with finance, operations, and leadership.
