Account Executive

• Contribute to big-picture thinking and how ideas come to life across paid, owned, and earned channels—ensuring every touchpoint works together to move audiences.
• Craft sharp pitching strategies, uncover compelling story angles, and build relationships with media that matter.
• Competently develop executive briefing materials, orchestrating media moments that make impact.
• Bring stories to life with accuracy, consistency, and flair. Develop key materials—press releases, Q&As, bylines—in line with client narratives and messaging in both English and Chinese.
• Turn data into meaning. Pull together reports, track performance against goals, and deliver insights that help clients see what’s working—and what’s next.
• Own specific project components, holding yourself accountable to team and clients, updating on progress and being a proactive partner to all stakeholders.
• Support on day-to-day activities with precision, working closely with senior leaders to ensure seamless execution.
• Help fuel growth by contributing to RFPs, shaping pitch narratives, and supporting new business conversations that open doors.
• Guide interns and other junior teammates with thoughtful feedback, coaching both hard and soft skills so they can grow into the next generation of agency talent.

Sales

• Pipeline Execution: Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects — specifically targeting hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and APAC- and EMEA-based asset managers with an appetite for prediction contracts and RWA products.
• Predictions & RWA Sales: Drive adoption of Crypto.com's prediction market contracts and tokenized RWA offerings among institutional clients; educate prospects on product mechanics, use cases, and risk profiles specific to event-driven and asset-backed instruments.
• Solution Selling: Effectively position the full Crypto.com ecosystem — Exchange, OTC desk, Custody, CFD liquidity, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments — to meet the specific needs of institutional traders, retail brokers, and portfolio managers.
• Onboarding Management: Drive the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure a seamless "time-to-trade" for new clients across all product lines including prediction and RWA verticals.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of business, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell prediction contracts, RWA instruments, and new exchange products.
• Market Insights: Provide "boots on the ground" feedback to the Product and Strategy teams on competitor prediction platforms (e.g., Kalshi, Polymarket), the retail/CFD broker landscape, RWA market developments, client pain points, and APAC- and EMEA-specific regulatory trends.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts within the CRM, providing regular updates on KPIs including Trading Volume, AUM, prediction contract notional, and RWA transaction flow.

Senior Manager – Institutional Sales

Account Manager

• Implements sales strategy for our medical solutions to assigned territories/hospitals/clinics with sales target.
• Supports in sales and marketing event including but not limited to related demonstration, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, or customer training.

Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Hong Kong, Greater China

• Act as the primary consultant for our Global Clients APAC HR and Benefits leadership
• Drive program awareness and adoption through localized engagement campaigns
• Serve as the first point of contact for high-priority escalations
• Rapidly mobilize Lyra’s clinical and provider networks during critical events
• Lead post-incident reviews with clients
• Partner with the Regional/Country Managers to ensure the provider network meets cultural nuances
• Own the renewal process for regional contracts and maintain 100% client retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional Lyra products

• Drive sales of S&P’s Sales & Trading and Capital Markets products and services to achieve and exceed annual new business revenue quotas.
• Proactively manage the end-to-end sales process and pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to opportunity management and closure within your assigned territory.
• Develop and manage a book of business, focusing on new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships through strategic networking and client engagement.

• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
