About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate and deepen trusting long term relationships with new and existing U/HNW individuals
- Identify prospects within the relevant market and use market knowledge to actively acquire new clients
- Introduce clients to a wide range of products/investment opportunities based on their suitability and responsible for the success of delivery Nomura’s solutions to clients
- Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients
- Assist in new business/product development and work with products and service specialists in order to best serve client needs
- Contribute to the bottom-line of Wealth Management through the accomplishment of revenue and AUM target
- Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and all applicable money laundering prevention procedures both in Hong Kong/Singapore and in the specific geographical area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Degree in Business or Finance
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking with a focus on high-net-worth clients
- Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, products and services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively
- Strong ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.
