Pre-sales Engineer

• Shape the best approach and proposed use of the NEC Housing platform, which will differ for each client, based on their business requirements and wider process / organisation architecture
• Plan and manage demonstrations of the NEC Housing platform to prospects and current clients, who are looking to expand or change the way they work, ensuring you understand what they want to achieve and can illustrate this in the best possible way.
• Liaise with the sales team to ensure good understanding of the client and provide pre and post demonstration engagement.
• Assist with the production of bid responses, working with colleagues across the NEC business as required to ensure an accurate and professional response.
• Keep abreast of changes in NEC Housing including new functionality, technical and pre-requisite considerations through research and self-sufficient training.
• Configure and maintain a demonstration version of the NEC Housing platform, in line with the latest features and required business outcomes.
• Research and understand the client organisation, the engaging audience to ensure sessions are relevant and appropriate.
• Act as a subject matter expert for platform queries from our sales colleagues.
• Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients or other relevant sources.

Housing Presales Consultant

• Develop a deep understanding of Upwind's cloud security products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their needs
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, from Demo's to Closed Won
• Lead and manage the execution of POC engagements to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions
• Act as a liaison between the sales and product development teams, providing valuable insights from customer interactions

Pre-Sales Engineer

• Work alongside Twilio New business Account Executives, other Twilio Solutions Engineers, Professional Services and Twilio Partners as needed through the pre-sales process, to strategise and plan for deal success.
• Build a successful business partnership with Twilio Account Executives focussing on great business discovery within prospects and communicating the business value of Twilio solutions.
• Take part alongside Account Executives in qualification, discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP response, design documentation, technical presentations and enablement sessions during the sales cycle.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the customer needs and requirements, and Twilio’s best in class communications technology.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with our customers to uncover their needs and challenges to articulate Twilio’s ability to enable their success and solve their challenges.
• Build and present powerful and complex presentations and product demos to help showcase the capabilities of Twilio Communications Products.
• Form an understanding of a customer's business and help solve problems they’ve identified as well as uncover areas of opportunity.
• Build trusted advisor relationships at the highest levels of our customers and present creative new solutions and architectures that enable and inspire innovation
• Contribute to the wider Twilio Solutions Engineer community by sharing knowledge, building demo assets and reusable presentations.

Principal Presales Engineer – CpaaS

• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to qualify opportunities and support the sales cycle.
• Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and RFx responses that highlight the value of Accruent’s solutions.
• Work with partners to build and deliver compelling proposals and proof-of-concepts.
• Monitor deal progress from a pre-sales perspective, ensuring maximum customer and commercial value.
• Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams across Accruent.
• Continuously grow your product expertise and stay current with industry trends.
• Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date.

Pre-Sales Consultant

• Liaise with the sales team to qualify for new opportunities
• Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities and business requirements
• Create and lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers
• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high-quality sales proposals
• Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios
• Support go-to-market activities such as developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos and industry-specific solutions
• Participate in company marketing activities such as webinars, forums and user groups
• Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within Microsoft and Telefonica Tech's partner community

D365 F&SCM Presales Consultant – Finance

• Lead client discovery sessions and pre-sales activities, proposal creation, identifying technology and AI opportunities and defining project scope
• Proven GenAI and LLM expertise, from RAG and fine-tuning to observability, focused on driving measurable business outcomes
• Advise on technology and architecture decisions, balancing cost, risk, and performance
• Advising on end-to-end technology and AI projects, ensuring quality, stakeholder alignment, and business impact
