• Lead commissioning and optimization of advanced BAS for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems.

Mission Critical BAS/BMS Master Field Engineer

• Perform work remotely at customer sites; installing and servicing equipment while providing customer training and support
• Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots, conducting tests and inspections on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic or software components
• Performs software and hardware installations
• Conducts all safety checks on equipment
• Educates customers on equipment and instructs on proper operation
• Manages resolution of customer issues, including ordering and installation of replacement parts as necessary
• Develops organized approach to solving machine problems and repairs/replaces parts as required
• Instructs other Service Technicians and/or customer operators on the maintenance and safe operations of injection molding systems
• Communicates with Central Service/Manufacturing/Parts Center to obtain answers to problems encountered in the field
• Provides written reports on a regular basis to the Service Manager

Field Service Technician

• You will be servicing Imaging Equipment in the Columbus, OH area.
• Customer Service Engineer Level can be adjusted based on prior experience.
• You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites.
• You are the "Face of Siemens" to the customer.
• You are flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required.
• You report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.

Medical Imaging Field Engineer

• Travel across the country helping customers organize and optimize their maintenance shops
• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups
• Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for improved workflow
• Train customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools
• Partner with Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops

Field Service Technician I

• Field Service Test Technicians travel to customer sites (industrial & commercial) to inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and collect data of low, medium and high voltage (480 Volt to 600 kV) electrical systems.
• Able to travel to customer job sites across the state and bordering states.
• Instrument transformer tests.
• Power transformer testing - Doble, TTR, Insulation Resistance, etc.
• Preferred if proficient in testing both electro-mechanical and solid-state relays
• Cable testing - Tan Delta, Power Factor, VLF, DC Hipot.
• Automatic transfer switch troubleshooting.
• Low, Medium and High voltage switchgear and circuit breaker testing.
• Moderately complex relay calibration and power metering.
• Rotate emergency on-call duty and if called respond to customer emergencies in a timely manner.

Senior NETA Field Service Technician

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and basic service repairs on customer equipment
• Assist more experienced field engineers with equipment installations and more complex repairs
• Proactively engage with other team members to ensure appropriate solution for the customer
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow up to drive customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services

Field Service Engineer 1 – 2nd Shift

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on customer equipment
• Perform installation, validation and maintenance on assigned equipment
• Lead, instruct and assist less experienced Field Engineers and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Technical expert for escalations and FMI's for one or more modalities
• Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for customer related concerns, including installations
• Own customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution
• Proactively engage with other team members to ensure appropriate solution for the customer
• Co-lead regular team or modality meetings as required
• Assist Area Service Leader in creating growth and/or deployment strategies
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow up to drive customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensuring documentation of all work performed is captured daily, including debriefing including metrics and ordering parts
• Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more efficiently
• Utilize the GEHC escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues
• May include application training of clinical or scientific staff on designated equipment

Field Service Engineer 3

• Offers technical support and exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues.
• Provide customer technical support on the product range and coordinate generation of technical data necessary to qualify the product for customers and targeted applications with a goal of gaining customer approval.
• Develop and provide product training and assist with product literature.
• Communicate effectively with customers to gather feedback, fully understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
• Document results in the required customer format.
• Develop and implement strategic approaches for troubleshooting quality issues related to product performance and application.
• Participate in the global technical network and ensure knowledge transfer.

Technical Service & Development Engineer

• Support critical centrifuge and screening systems nationwide as part of a trusted field service team.
• Work with senior technicians to master centrifuge systems.
• Perform mechanical teardown, rebuild, and inspection in the Cincinnati shop during training.

Mechanic – Field Service Technician

• Serve as the SEF expert for all POP & Avdel fasteners and assembly tools sold within the North American Industrial and Automotive market.
• Provide technical support and respond to questions and concerns from customers, sales team, customer service, applications engineering, and product management teams.
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot equipment problems, review equipment service strategies, and evaluate spare part requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers and accompany the sales team on tooling sales calls.
• Serve as the primary contact point and manage the Authorized Service Centers Network for all warranty returns and repair requests from customers: Log warranty returns. Evaluate failure modes, document findings, and report on trends. Recommend design changes for product improvement. Recommend warranty actions and route tools as appropriate. Perform basic repairs as needed.
• Manage tooling, nose equipment, and spare part demonstration inventory, and make recommendations for stocking levels.
• Conduct product repair and maintenance training to customers, sales team, applications engineering, and product management teams.
• Position will require periodic travel to conduct training sessions and obtain training on new tools being released to the market.
• Create training material, including videos, for publication.
• Support the quality team with issues regarding fasteners, assembly tooling, and spare parts, and determine the root cause.
• Support the operations team with all aspects of establishing and maintaining assembly tooling needed for rivet product verification.

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment to ensure top product performance.
• Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
