About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Travel across the country helping customers organize and optimize their maintenance shops
Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups
Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for improved workflow
Train customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools
Partner with Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments
Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks)
