About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support critical centrifuge and screening systems nationwide as part of a trusted field service team.
- Work with senior technicians to master centrifuge systems.
- Perform mechanical teardown, rebuild, and inspection in the Cincinnati shop during training.
- Travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, and field repairs (after training).
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical or vibration issues in high-speed rotating systems.
- Document service activities accurately and communicate effectively with customers.
- Represent our reputation for professionalism, safety, and reliability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
- E4–E5 veteran or early-career technician with hands-on mechanical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; basic understanding of tools, hydraulics, or electrical systems.
- Willingness to travel nationally after training.
- Team-oriented, humble, and eager to learn through hands-on experience.
- Possession of a basic mechanic’s tool set (specialty tools provided).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
