• Handle inbound and outbound calls to nurses and healthcare support workers in order to book them into shifts in the various community settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.
• Liaise with healthcare workers to respond to queries and gain availability for current and future shifts.

• Maintain our brand and identity across all our services and projects
• Be the brand ambassador internally alongside other project Communications officers, holding oversight and updating the SCDA website
