Assessor

• Conduct in person comprehensive initial and reassessment evaluations for individuals referred for ABA services
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools (adaptive behavior, skill-based assessments, FBAs, and more)
• Conduct caregiver, educator, and stakeholder interviews to gather clinical context
• Observe clients across home, school, clinic, and community environments
• Synthesize data into clear, clinically sound treatment recommendations
• Prepare detailed assessment reports aligned with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements
• Determine medical necessity and recommend appropriate service levels and goals
• Collaborate with intake and authorization teams to support insurance approvals
• Provide consultation to clinical leadership regarding assessment findings
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

BCBA Assessor

• Conducting formal assessments of organizations' cybersecurity practices against using the CMMC assessment process (CAP).
• Collaborate with client organizations to plan assessments, develop assessment schedules, and ensure readiness.
• Assess the effectiveness of security measures practices and ensure they align with the CMMC practices and processes for the assigned maturity level.
• Interview key personnel within the organization to understand how cybersecurity practices are implemented and maintained.
• Collect and evaluate sufficiency and adequacy of evidence, such as system logs, incident reports, and audit trails, to verify implementation.
• Maintain an objective and unbiased stance during the assessment process, ensuring that conclusions are based on facts and evidence.
• Ensure that all documentation is properly prepared for submission to the eMASS if the organization is seeking certification.
• All team members - from leadership to individual contributors - will also assist with the development of our CRC (Cyber Risk & Compliance) delivery processes and methodologies.
• Lead with a "customer first" attitude and be an exhibitor of 112Cyber's Core Values, as an example to other team members.

CMMC Assessor

• Provide clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and case management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners
• Conduct mobile assessments in assigned areas
• Maintain documentation in compliance with standards
• Participate in on-call rotations as assigned

Clinical Assessor – 2nd Shift

• The Clinical Assessor II provides a range of clinical services in accordance with program requirements, applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, referral coordination, discharge planning, group facilitation, and other assigned clinical services.
• This role collaborates with clients, families, referral sources, community partners, and interdisciplinary treatment team members to support engagement, continuity of care, and positive treatment outcomes.

Clinical Assessor – Mid Day Shift

• Deliver high-quality Children’s ADHD Neurodevelopmental Assessments
• Act in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy, including conducting a risk assessment where necessary.
• Keep up to date with the mandatory training, Continuing Professional Development and professional registration requirements of your professional background.
• Share ideas for continuing to improve Paloma’s software tools that ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient assessments

ADHD Assessor, Children

• Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments in person or telehealth to determine the need and level of care for clients
• Make placement to appropriate facility based on the outcome of the assessment interview
• Use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to work collaboratively with clients and internal treatment team members to help support clients in their treatment goals
• Provide clinical consultation to referral resources, family members, and others to help support clients in their treatment goals
• Work closely with clients to engage them in the decision-making process and help them understand the benefits of assessment and accessing the appropriate level of care as indicated
• Collect and review referral information upon assignment of clients from the referral source and consult with others as needed to support coordination of services and scheduling of client assessments
• Coordinate with Admissions, front desk team members, and other staff as needed to contact clients and guardians to confirm appointment dates, times, and assessment locations
• Collect information from collateral resources to aid in determining diagnosis and need for treatment
• Based on assessments, make referrals to the most appropriate programs and agencies to help clients access the right level of care to best meet their treatment needs
• Monitor client access to and involvement with the program to help address barriers to treatment; follow up with client and guardian timely to assess satisfaction with adjusting to the program
• Model and support health and wellness activities and healthy coping skills for clients
• If client is admitted to one of Northpoint’s facilities, coordinate the admission and intake with the appropriate staff to ensure a timely and smooth transition into treatment; if client is referred to a program of another agency, forward all requested documentation with proper approval
• Work collaboratively with client’s funding sources and Northpoint’s Utilization Review team to obtain initial authorizations for reimbursement for treatment and support services
• Work cooperatively with the legal system to ensure coordination of services including Court appearances when appropriate
• Complete paperwork requirements and maintain quality, up-to-date clinical records, including Outcomes Survey information and information for billing; enter necessary information into the electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Maintain working knowledge of other agencies and programs and a list of resources that can be shared with clients and their guardians
• Remain in compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
• Participate in all assigned meetings, staff development, and training as required
• Provide back-up assistance to Counselors with group and individual therapy sessions as necessary
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
• Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

Clinical Assessor

• Serve as the Lead Assessor on CMMC Level 2 certification assessments
• Lead scoping, pre-assessment readiness reviews, and finalization of the assessment plan
• Direct evidence collection and validation across all 110 NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2 security requirements
• Make and defend final determinations for each requirement
• Assign and supervise the work of Certified CMMC Assessors (CCAs)
• Author and review the final assessment report
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the OSC
• Ensure all assessment activities comply with the Cyber AB Code of Professional Conduct

Lead Certified CMMC Assessor

• Conduct CMMC Level 2 certification assessment activities as a member of the assessment team under the direction of the Lead Assessor (LCCA).
• Examine documentation and artifacts, interview personnel, and test security controls across the 110 NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2 requirements using NIST SP 800-171A methods.
• Document findings and recommend MET / NOT MET / NOT APPLICABLE determinations for assigned requirements, with supporting evidence.
• Support development of the assessment plan, scope validation, and pre-assessment readiness reviews.
• Contribute to the assessment report and support POA&M closeout activities within the required timeframe.
• Maintain assessment evidence and working papers in accordance with C3PAO procedures and ISO/IEC 17020:2012.
• Adhere to the Cyber AB Code of Professional Conduct, conflict-of-interest, ethics, and impartiality requirements at all times.

Certified CMMC Assessor, CCA

• Conduct on-site facility assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team on existing buildings, evaluating building electrical systems, including emergency power, photovoltaic, fire alarm, security, data communication, and surveillance systems.
• Work effectively and efficiently with client and other on-site personnel to assess client assets; maintain average daily walk rate of 125-250k square feet.
• Determine the condition, remaining useful life, required costs, and remedial measures for electrical and low-voltage systems.
• Provide technical identification and description of deficiencies ranging from concerns to critical issues.
• Identify recommendations for correction and describe them with sufficient technical detail for future project planning and cost estimating.
• Interview building operations and maintenance staff to determine building history, previous work orders, and operations information; prepare project progress documentation for project manager review.
• Review work of peers; actively participate in post-project reviews.
• May handle other responsibilities as needed.

Electrical Assessor II

• Conduct on-site facility condition assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team on existing buildings, evaluating mechanical and plumbing building systems. This includes identifying deficiencies of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, cooling towers, chillers, and boilers and providing written narratives of the description, critical issue, and recommendations to remediate
• Work with client and other on-site personnel to assess client assets by maintaining a typical daily walk rate from 100,000 to 225,000 square feet per day
• Determine condition, remaining useful life, required costs, and remedial measures
• Provide technical identification and description of deficiencies ranging from concerns to critical issues
• Identify recommendations for correction and describe in technical detail for future project planning and cost estimating
• Interview building operations and maintenance staff to determine building history, previous workorders, and operations information
• Prepare project progress documentation for project manager review
• Review work of peers and actively participate in post-project reviews

Mechanical Assessor II

• Conduct on-site facility condition assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team on existing buildings and civil assets.
• Evaluate mechanical systems such as the HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, cooling towers, chillers, and boilers.
• Work with the client and other on-site personnel to assess assets maintaining a typical walk rate ranging between 100,000 to 225,000 building square feet per day
• Provide written technical descriptions of the systems observed and of their deficiencies
• Determine overall condition of each system and its remaining useful life
• Provide recommendations for correction of identified deficiencies
• Provide rough cost estimates for executing your recommendations that will be used by our clients for future project planning and capital planning initiatives
• Interview building operations and maintenance staff to determine building history, recent maintenance challenges, chronic maintenance challenges, and operations information
• Prepare project progress documentation for project manager review
• Review work of peers and actively participate in post-project reviews
