About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical services, including individual, family, and group sessions
  • Conduct mobile behavioral health and substance use disorder assessments
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Develop admission, treatment, and clinical recommendations based on assessment findings
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and support service planning
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotations as assigned
  • Complete all required trainings per organizational, licensing, and accreditation requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling OR working towards Master’s level licensure
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with a degree from an accredited school of nursing and one year of qualifying clinical experience
  • Experience with behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment
  • Knowledge of ASAM assessments and compliance standards
  • Ability to communicate assessment-related information accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
