About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading the direction, completion, and outcome of all assigned building assessment projects.
  • Conducts various types of building assessments.
  • Prepares a written report that accurately describes onsite findings.
  • Owns the communication with local Building, Zoning, and/or Fire Departments regarding outstanding violations.
  • Travels by Plane, Motor Vehicle, Train to client/project sites across the U.S. as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Individuals without a degree may be considered if they have significant related experience (typically five or more years) and can demonstrate knowledge equivalent to that acquired through the required education.
  • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record).
