Senior Vice President, Planning

• Serve as a senior leader within the Corporate Affairs East practice, with responsibility for business growth, team leadership, and client strategy.
• Provide C-Suite-level counsel on corporate positioning, transformation narratives, market shifts, regulatory issues, financial disclosures, ESG, and crisis management.
• Lead integrated corporate affairs programs across technology and financial services clients, ensuring the highest level of strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive national business and financial media relations, building and leveraging relationships that advance clients’ corporate and financial narratives.
• Partner with clients on reputation management, investor and stakeholder communications, and thought leadership strategies.

Vice President, Corporate Affairs

Project Manager

• Serve as strategic and operational partner to team leaders to ensure successful delivery against scoped services and deliverables.
• Help lead the development and approval workflow of statements of work (SOWs) with finance, contracts, and discipline leads.
• Act as a bridge between client teams and finance, streamlining scopes and budgets across functions and countries.
• Drive day-to-day management of integrated creative campaigns and / or programs, inclusive of timeline development, status updates, coordination with Resource Management, risk assessment, and final delivery.

Executive Vice President, Head of Health & Wellness

• Draft issues/crisis documents, e.g., scenario plans, issue analyses, intelligence reports.
• Develop key messages in keeping with clients’ objectives and craft stakeholder communications based on messaging.
• Work with senior team members to navigate high-risk issues and provide recommendations, as well as support execution of media and stakeholder engagement.
• Research, interview, write, and edit media materials, fact sheets, messaging and stakeholder communication, and other materials as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Zeno Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support clients with employee engagement communications and internal communications channels.
In this role, you will have responsibility for a variety of activities, including project management, program development, distributing communications via various channels, data analysis, and continuing to build Zeno’s growing Employee Engagement communications offering

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Enablement & Process Management: Support internal teams with managing deliverables, resources and capacity; serve as the point-of-contact for client processes and guidelines.
Help to establish and carry forth systems and processes to communicate with and retrain team members.
Apply or create tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to the clients’ internal communications effectiveness.
Client & Business Alignment: Work collaboratively with account leadership to understand clients' business priorities and align account resources as appropriate.
Partner with critical internal client stakeholders for ongoing solutioning and best-in-class service.

Account Executive, Employee Engagement

• We are looking for a Vice President, Influencer to join our growing Digital Health and Wellness team. This role will sit in a fast-paced, high-energy setting within our ZDX team, focused on several Health + Wellness clients across our portfolio.
• The ideal candidate will help drive accounts via influencer engagement and lead teams of professionals to successfully conceptualize and execute influencer/creator marketing programs.
• Other responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting concepts, and developing strategies, budget management, research and contract negotiations, as well as delivering clear POVs on digital trends.
• While this role sits among our Digital and Creator experts, it will require work across integrated teams including health + wellness, paid amplification and analytics.
• This role will also be responsible for staffing, resourcing and overall H&W digital team leadership.

Vice President, Creator Health & Wellness

• Provide copywriting, image sourcing, and creative support for social channel content (Facebook posts, X posts, LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, etc.)
• Assist in developing regular, comprehensive reports capturing social media performance metrics for clients on a regular basis.
• Assist in fan/follower acquisition and engagement strategies on client-owned platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed by client.
• Establish and build online relationships with key influencers (i.e. blogger relations.) through proactive online strategies and execution.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure synergy and collaboration to maximize online and offline integration and results.
• Maintain social processes, quality control standards, briefing, copywriting, reporting, etc.
• Support online awareness and reputation, engagement and response strategies, standards implementation, content development and monitoring and reporting.
• 1-3 years of experience in social brand management and content creation.
• Ability to drive results and to consistently meet deadlines.

Account Executive, Digital

• Senior Account Executive to support our Corporate team in Redwood Shores, CA or Los Angeles, CA. You’ll collaborate within the team, provide sound counsel and recommendations to clients, and drive results inclusive of traditional and emerging public relations tactics.
• You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, have an understanding of traditional and non-traditional PR tactics and the media landscape, and drive great results for clients while building great relationships with your clients and your team.
