About the role
- Provide copywriting, image sourcing, and creative support for social channel content (Facebook posts, X posts, LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, etc.)
- Assist in developing regular, comprehensive reports capturing social media performance metrics for clients on a regular basis.
- Assist in fan/follower acquisition and engagement strategies on client-owned platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed by client.
- Establish and build online relationships with key influencers (i.e. blogger relations.) through proactive online strategies and execution.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure synergy and collaboration to maximize online and offline integration and results.
- Maintain social processes, quality control standards, briefing, copywriting, reporting, etc.
- Support online awareness and reputation, engagement and response strategies, standards implementation, content development and monitoring and reporting.
- 1-3 years of experience in social brand management and content creation.
- Ability to drive results and to consistently meet deadlines.

- Prior experience working in a digital or public relations agency is a plus
