About the role
- Provide copywriting, image sourcing, and creative support for social channel content (Facebook posts, X posts, LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, etc.)
- Assist in developing regular, comprehensive reports capturing social media performance metrics for clients on a regular basis.
- Assist in fan/follower acquisition and engagement strategies on client-owned platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed by client.
- Establish and build online relationships with key influencers (i.e. blogger relations.) through proactive online strategies and execution.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure synergy and collaboration to maximize online and offline integration and results.
- Maintain social processes, quality control standards, briefing, copywriting, reporting, etc.
- Support online awareness and reputation, engagement and response strategies, standards implementation, content development and monitoring and reporting.
- 1-3 years of experience in social brand management and content creation.
- Ability to drive results and to consistently meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in public relations or related communications field
- Experience in social brand management and content creation
- Prior experience working in a digital or public relations agency is a plus
- Possess a collaborative spirit and thrive in a close team environment
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Read, subscribe to, fan, and follow leading social media news sources. Exhibit an endless curiosity to explore and discover what's new and next in social, digital, and mobile
- Understand the constantly evolving world of social media engagement
