About the role
- Ensure the manufacturing plant's daily and monthly revenue is on target.
- Continue to grow as a professional via peer groups, reading, training, etc.
- Frequent travel to meet customers in your territory, often on rooftops.
- Respond quickly to customer daily requests.
- Share strategies you've developed with other sales team members.
- Follow up on existing quotes, on-hold orders, and unverified orders.
Requirements
- Live in the State of Florida.
- Five (5) years of experience within the HVAC industry.
- Embrace and promote CDI values – FAST, FUN, EASY.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
