About the role
- We are looking for a Vice President, Influencer to join our growing Digital Health and Wellness team. This role will sit in a fast-paced, high-energy setting within our ZDX team, focused on several Health + Wellness clients across our portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will help drive accounts via influencer engagement and lead teams of professionals to successfully conceptualize and execute influencer/creator marketing programs.
- Other responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting concepts, and developing strategies, budget management, research and contract negotiations, as well as delivering clear POVs on digital trends.
- While this role sits among our Digital and Creator experts, it will require work across integrated teams including health + wellness, paid amplification and analytics.
- This role will also be responsible for staffing, resourcing and overall H&W digital team leadership.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of digital/social marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Function knowledge of paid social and optimization processes and tools, and effectively understands how paid social interacts with influencer marketing
- An understanding of health and wellness dynamics in communication, including regulatory considerations and processes
- Growth mindset, considering how to contribute to client and business development along with building out a team of health creator specialists
- Master storyteller; someone that doesn’t just read the slides to a room but talks through the story
- Organized, and attentive to detail
- Collaborative spirit and thriving in a close team environment
- Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail, including drafting contracts, negotiating fees, collaborating with team members to execute, and following through
- Expert grasp of social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
- Organization, managing time effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and results-driven mentality
- Seamlessly able to work closely with planning and creative internal teams to drive business outcomes
- Strong client management skills with the ability to understand business needs and contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans
