Transportation Safety Specialist

• Will be part of the current WIA Information Technology team and will work closely with other team members with ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Will provide first tier support to the WIA network via email or phone by helping users with issues by researching problems, troubleshooting, and reaching out to tech support entities/vendors when necessary.
• Will assist as system administrator and user set-up within the different platforms used at WIA.
• Some of those systems include but not limited to: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Conga Fast Forms, NetDocuments, NetSuite.
