About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and manage carrier portal login credentials for agents, accountants, and all other World employees.
- Coordinate with newly acquired agencies and new hires to obtain and process carrier authorization requests and credentialing documentation.
- Maintain and update employee credentials records throughout onboarding and offboarding process.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain, manage and maintain administrative access credentials.
- Research, verify and validate carrier codes to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely processing.
- Partner with Carrier Administration to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve existing workflows and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience is preferred
- Insurance experience is preferred; related experience is comparable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
