Software Engineer, Logistics Platform

• Own the infrastructure powering AI and ML models across critical business surfaces–supporting growth, recommendations, trust and safety, fraud, seller tooling, and more.
• Guide the prototyping, deployment, and productionization of novel ML architectures that directly shape user experience and marketplace dynamics.
• Help design and scale inference infrastructure capable of serving large models with low latency and high throughput.
• Oversee and evolve real-time feature pipelines that feed both our online and offline stores, ensuring single-second feedback from behavioral signals, high reliability, and model training fidelity.

Technical Lead Manager, ML Platform

Engineer

• Engage stakeholders throughout the company to understand the needs and priorities to securely implement and maintain corporate applications, while promoting IT best practices cross-functionally
• Implement and maintain tools for IT operational efficiencies and automation, with a lens on innovative and modern technology (i.e. AI chatbots)
• Ensure technological compliance with evolving security standards and policies, while future-proofing automations, computer systems, MDM, office network infrastructure, and remote collaboration tools
• Streamline and optimize the configuration and workflows for access management with Workday data, Okta configuration, and downstream applications
