• Role: Sourcing/Admin Specialist
• Responsibilities:
• - Research and compare manufacturers (local and overseas)
• - Build and categorize a supplier database with pricing, MOQs, and capabilities
• - Track turnaround times, shipping, and production needs
• - Collect and track sample orders
• - Research and compare fulfillment centers and warehouses
• - Document pricing, storage fees, and shipping costs
• - Maintain a comparison sheet for decision-making
• - Track lead times and seasonal surcharges
• - Collect onboarding requirements
• - Draft outreach emails and coordinate calls/quotes
• - Follow up on pending responses or samples
• - Maintain contact logs with notes
• - Assist with vendor onboarding paperwork
• - Organize supplier/fulfillment data in spreadsheets or CRMs
• - Maintain SOPs for sourcing and fulfillment
• - Track versions of quotes and contracts

Sourcing/Admin Specialist

Product Manager

• Own Product Vision & Strategy: Articulate the product vision for the AI Agentic Platform and collaborate with the Director of Applied AI and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap
• Monitor Backlog Management: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear business justification for AI Engineers
• Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the AI engineering team and business units (Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, HR), gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress and product releases
• Drive Impact: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives and use data-driven insights to iterate on the product
• Be the Voice of the User: Deeply understand the needs of internal users and stakeholders to champion solutions that solve their most pressing problems and unlock new efficiencies
• Lead Agile Ceremonies: Including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and rapid delivery
• Report to the Director, Applied AI and bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure delivery of AI solutions that deliver measurable value

AI Product Owner

Product Marketing

• Lead cross-functional sales and marketing programs from idea through execution, measurement, and iteration (e.g., strategic sales plays, GTM execution for internal AI initiatives, GTM experiments)
• Partner closely with the CRO, CMO, and VP of Revenue Operations on executive-level GTM strategy, preparing updates, synthesizing progress, and driving follow-through
• Contribute to key strategic decisions such as segmentation, territory design, and GTM investment areas in partnership with RevOps and Sales leadership
• Own sales methodology, process design, and governance to ensure GTM teams are aligned, equipped, and operating with consistency and clarity
• Act as a partner to Product Marketing and Product for product release readiness, ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped to launch and sell with confidence
• Lead Revenue Enablement programs including onboarding, ongoing enablement, and role-specific readiness for Sales, CS, and Partners

Senior Director, Go-to-Market Programs and Strategy

Software Engineer

• Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, including technical blogs, videos, livestreams, and demo projects, to attract and inspire developers to build on Webflow
• Represent Webflow at developer-focused events such as meetups, webinars, and conferences
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships within developer communities; participate in and amplify conversations across forums, social media, and partner channels
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to strategize evangelism campaigns for product launches and provide valuable developer insights
• Maintain an authentic "builder's voice" and a consistent publishing cadence; leverage engagement data to refine programs and content

Developer Evangelist

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap across CodeGen, CodeSync, Frameworks, and Webflow Cloud
• Partner with Engineering Directors to deliver native AI-powered codegen and editing workflows, ensuring scientific rigor and scalable evaluations
• Own CodeSync: bridging Webflow projects with Git and design systems, CLI workflows, and DevLink exports
• Differentiate Webflow Cloud through seamless deploys, reverse proxies, database integration, and edge infrastructure
• Establish product frameworks for developer experience — balancing CLI ergonomics, local dev flows, cloud deployment speed, and AI-assisted tooling
• Lead and grow a team of PMs while collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing
• Develop packaging and monetization models (usage-based, seat-based, AI credits, bandwidth)
• Act as a visible thought leader internally and externally on AI dev tools and next-gen developer platforms

Director of Product Management

General Counsel

• Be a founding member of Webflow’s international legal footprint, building out our EMEA legal function and GTM legal playbook in close coordination with the global legal team
• Serve as a key strategic advisor to sales leadership on complex commercial deals and contractual matters across SMB to large enterprise clients
• Lead negotiations and successfully close a variety of sophisticated commercial contracts (SaaS, channel/distribution/reseller, DPAs, professional services, marketing, NDAs, vendor contracts)
• Navigate, anticipate, and proactively manage risks from emerging EMEA regulatory compliance requirements and jurisdiction-specific contracting considerations (e.g., Privacy and AI technologies)
• Design and implement scalable contract frameworks, playbooks, resources, and processes to support and enable our fast-growing EMEA sales organization
• Provide triage support to the US-based legal team for general (non-commercial) company requests on an as-needed basis

Senior Commercial Counsel

Data Scientist

• Lead high-impact projects to drive insights and decision-making across Webflow’s most critical initiatives.
• Define and evolve product and business metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams to measure user experience and product performance.
• Advance our experimentation capabilities, guiding design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of A/B tests, and championing a rigorous, iterative approach to product development.
• Uncover growth opportunities through exploratory data analyses, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling that surface actionable insights across the customer journey.
• Lead technical and non-technical team members with processes and technical expertise for executing experiments, answering open ended business questions with data, and researching levers for improving our product.
• Partner with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and User Research to blend qualitative and quantitative insights, informing product direction and enhancing user experience.

• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and interest.
