About the role
- Own Product Vision & Strategy: Articulate the product vision for the AI Agentic Platform and collaborate with the Director of Applied AI and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap
- Monitor Backlog Management: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear business justification for AI Engineers
- Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the AI engineering team and business units (Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, HR), gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress and product releases
- Drive Impact: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives and use data-driven insights to iterate on the product
- Be the Voice of the User: Deeply understand the needs of internal users and stakeholders to champion solutions that solve their most pressing problems and unlock new efficiencies
- Lead Agile Ceremonies: Including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and rapid delivery
- Report to the Director, Applied AI and bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure delivery of AI solutions that deliver measurable value
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably working on technical platforms, internal tools, or AI/ML-powered products
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading agile teams
- Possess the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A foundational understanding of AI/ML principles
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and a passion for using metrics to guide product strategy
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Direct experience with products involving Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, or agentic AI systems/platforms (preferred)
- A strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid right to work authorization depending on the country of employment
