- Seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the PMO and deliver the company’s most important, complex enterprise-level initiatives
- Define, implement, and drive a new product roadmap planning process that ensures accountability and tracks changes across business units
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of seven program managers; establish best practices, technical repositories, and effective mechanics for the Program Management team
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent and build a high-performing technical program management team
- Oversee end-to-end development of product roadmap and go-to-market programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Develop and implement mechanisms for tracking roadmap changes and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and strategic implications
- Develop and deliver clear presentations to executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners; champion cross-functional collaboration
- Lead company-wide adoption of program management processes and methodologies; ensure clarity and accountability across product lifecycle
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical and operational risks and develop contingency plans
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior program management role, with a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Extensive experience working closely with product and engineering teams, especially in product roadmap planning, execution, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and project staffing
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability to inspire and motivate others toward common goals
- Strong proficiency in program management software and tools, and product development tools like JIRA
- PMP, CDP, CPMP, APO/CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Strategic mindset with attention to critical details
- Passion for building efficient processes and driving organizational change and adoption
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build strong relationships
