About the role
- Join Webflow’s User Expansion team within the Collaborate pillar as a Product Designer
- Drive discovery, research, and ideation; partner with product management and engineering
- Unlock new invite and collaboration opportunities and re-envision the sharing experience
- Improve the review and commenting experience
- Design end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive outcomes
- Regularly engage with customers to understand needs and pain points
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs to communicate requirements to engineers
Requirements
- Turn customer insights and data into bold experiments that shape product direction
- Balance user needs with business impact by testing, learning, and iterating fast
- Rapidly iterate and prototype towards final solutions
- History of shipping features with a high bar for craft
- Communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind
- Build effective partnerships with engineering, product and other cross-functional partners
- Proactively seek and integrate feedback to continuously improve work and skills
- Bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company
- Stay curious and build fluency in emerging technologies like AI
