About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, including technical blogs, videos, livestreams, and demo projects, to attract and inspire developers to build on Webflow
- Represent Webflow at developer-focused events such as meetups, webinars, and conferences
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships within developer communities; participate in and amplify conversations across forums, social media, and partner channels
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to strategize evangelism campaigns for product launches and provide valuable developer insights
- Maintain an authentic "builder's voice" and a consistent publishing cadence; leverage engagement data to refine programs and content
- Report to the Senior Manager, Product Management
- Support identifying personal interests and development opportunities and incorporate them into the role
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with platform APIs in developer relations, solutions engineering, or technical marketing roles
- Proficiency with web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Astro, with the ability to create compelling web app demos or code samples
- Exceptional public speaking, writing, and video presence, coupled with the ability to clearly and enthusiastically explain technical topics
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
- At least 2 years of managing external creators/agencies
- A natural teacher: ability to share knowledge through code, on stage, livestream, or via well-documented repositories (desired)
- Community-building skills: highlighting wins, catalyzing discussions, and building relationships (desired)
- Data-driven: ability to iterate decisions based on engagement signals
- Operational rigor: balance creativity with consistency
- Ability to build fluency in emerging technologies like AI (desired)
