About the role

Maintain and build essential internal systems that power day-to-day operations across the company
Build internal tools that help mission-critical teams (customer support, operations) work smarter and faster
Work on customer service APIs and quick internal solutions to support a growing organization
Move fast and ship often, launching small improvements and fixes regularly
Work across the stack touching both frontend and backend code
Collaborate constantly with internal users to gather feedback and iterate
Write clean, reliable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

2+ years of professional software development experience
Solid experience building full-stack web applications
Strong skills in Typescript, Javascript (ES6+), and CSS
Experience with React and Node.js (Next.js is a bonus)
Great communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy working with others to solve real problems
A bias for action—you’re comfortable shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback
A builder’s mindset—you enjoy making tools that make life easier for others
A passion for the blockchain, decentralized finance, & freedom of speech.
