About the role
- Lead cross-functional sales and marketing programs from idea through execution, measurement, and iteration (e.g., strategic sales plays, GTM execution for internal AI initiatives, GTM experiments)
- Partner closely with the CRO, CMO, and VP of Revenue Operations on executive-level GTM strategy, preparing updates, synthesizing progress, and driving follow-through
- Contribute to key strategic decisions such as segmentation, territory design, and GTM investment areas in partnership with RevOps and Sales leadership
- Own sales methodology, process design, and governance to ensure GTM teams are aligned, equipped, and operating with consistency and clarity
- Act as a partner to Product Marketing and Product for product release readiness, ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped to launch and sell with confidence
- Lead Revenue Enablement programs including onboarding, ongoing enablement, and role-specific readiness for Sales, CS, and Partners
- Report to the Vice President, Revenue Operations and support executive-level visibility for GTM initiatives
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in roles such as GTM Strategy, Strategic Programs, Chief of Staff, or RevOps
- Track record of managing high-impact programs and strategic initiatives with executive visibility
- Experience owning sales process design, enablement program execution, and/or major GTM milestones like SKO or product launches
- Strong business judgment and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to get things done
- People management experience and ability to mentor and scale a small but strategic team
- Operate comfortably between strategy and execution, with a bias for progress over perfection
- Confident communicator and cross-functional leader who builds strong working relationships
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and get alignment across stakeholders
- Systems-oriented mindset and passion for building scalable programs
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
