Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and define sourcing strategies for sales roles.
Drive outbound sourcing efforts to engage passive sales talent through creative research, outreach, and relationship building.
Review inbound applicants and assess alignment to role requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and interest.
Deliver a strong candidate experience by setting clear expectations, communicating updates, and providing timely feedback.
Collaborate with the Talent team to share market insights, pipeline updates, and recommendations to improve recruiting strategies.
Track and report sourcing activity, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the hiring funnel.

Requirements
Have 4+ years of experience sourcing for sales roles across different levels, preferably in fast-paced environments.
Are confident in running outbound sourcing campaigns and engaging passive candidates.
Have experience screening candidates and presenting qualified talent to recruiters/hiring managers.
Understand how to balance inbound volume with proactive outbound engagement.
Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing and candidate engagement.
Are adaptable, collaborative, and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
