• Role: Sourcing/Admin Specialist
• Responsibilities:
• - Research and compare manufacturers (local and overseas)
• - Build and categorize a supplier database with pricing, MOQs, and capabilities
• - Track turnaround times, shipping, and production needs
• - Collect and track sample orders
• - Research and compare fulfillment centers and warehouses
• - Document pricing, storage fees, and shipping costs
• - Maintain a comparison sheet for decision-making
• - Track lead times and seasonal surcharges
• - Collect onboarding requirements
• - Draft outreach emails and coordinate calls/quotes
• - Follow up on pending responses or samples
• - Maintain contact logs with notes
• - Assist with vendor onboarding paperwork
• - Organize supplier/fulfillment data in spreadsheets or CRMs
• - Maintain SOPs for sourcing and fulfillment
• - Track versions of quotes and contracts
• - Build comparison dashboards
• - Research competitor suppliers and setups
• - Identify alternative materials or packaging
• - Research regulatory requirements
• - Stay updated on industry trends
• - Manage calendars for supplier/partner calls
• - Prepare supplier comparison reports
• - Track sourcing, sample, and fulfillment expenses
• Part-time: 20 hours/week
