About the role

  • Associate Director, People Business Partner: operate as a strategic partner without formal people management responsibilities; work closely with functional leaders and the executive team to drive critical talent strategies, lead through change, and deliver people solutions across the organization; report to the Sr. Director of People Experience; serve as thought partner, mentor/coach to other PBPs; act as direct PBP for a key business function; lead cross-functional talent programs (succession, org design, change readiness); guide senior leaders through tough people decisions; use data, feedback, and insights to deliver tailored people-first solutions; champion change management; guide transformation initiatives to improve scale and efficiency; use people data and analytics to influence decisions; push for progress using data to make bold decisions; foster culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance; coach leaders with clarity and empathy; serve as thought partner in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, preferably in high-growth, complex environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide leaders through organizational complexity
  • Expertise in talent planning, succession, organizational design, change enablement, and employee relations
  • Strong experience focusing on data driven insights, with analytical skills to interpret trends and drive decisions.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and presentation skills – comfortable influencing at the highest levels.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy in ambiguity and navigating fast-paced transformation
  • Experience guiding large-scale people programs and leading without authority
  • Experience in the HR landscape: performance management, talent management, compensation, employee relations, employment law, and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • High EQ, sound judgment, and a bias for clarity and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HR systems (Workday preferred), and people analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
