About the role
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
- Perform process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with finance teams to improve processes related to repossession and delinquent accounts in collection
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Organize and manage continuous improvement initiatives from planning to execution
- Travel (if remote outside of Dallas, Atlanta, or Detroit) up to 20% for on-site workshops and team engagement
- Support client engagements as part of consulting projects for financial operations
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes, particularly in repossession and delinquent account collection
- Proven track record of facilitating Kaizen events and delivering measurable improvements
- Strong expertise in process mapping and redesign
- Exceptional soft skills including stakeholder engagement, communication, and team facilitation
- Highly organized with the ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable way
- Willingness/ability to travel up to 20% for on-site workshops and team engagement
- Preferred: Experience in consulting or working in multi-site financial operations
- Preferred: Strong presentation and organizational skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
