About the role

  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Perform process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with finance teams to improve processes related to repossession and delinquent accounts in collection
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Organize and manage continuous improvement initiatives from planning to execution
  • Travel (if remote outside of Dallas, Atlanta, or Detroit) up to 20% for on-site workshops and team engagement
  • Support client engagements as part of consulting projects for financial operations

Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
  • Demonstrated experience in financial processes, particularly in repossession and delinquent account collection
  • Proven track record of facilitating Kaizen events and delivering measurable improvements
  • Strong expertise in process mapping and redesign
  • Exceptional soft skills including stakeholder engagement, communication, and team facilitation
  • Highly organized with the ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable way
  • Willingness/ability to travel up to 20% for on-site workshops and team engagement
  • Preferred: Experience in consulting or working in multi-site financial operations
  • Preferred: Strong presentation and organizational skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
