• Lead sourcing strategy for AI Factory infrastructure — including compute, networking, data center, and software components.

Strategic Sourcer – AI Factory Operations

General Counsel

• Advise on legal and compliance issues across AI software, cloud services, and hardware products.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including software and hardware assets.
• Oversee data privacy and security compliance programs.
• Develop and maintain internal governance processes for AI systems and partnerships.
• Support research, contracts, and compliance for both third-party AI tools and first-party AI development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and engineering to define liability standards in the evolving AI legal landscape.

Product and Privacy Counsel

Infrastructure Engineer

• Design, build, and roll out new platforms and patterns to minimize incidents and enable customer facing and internal features.
• Deploy updates and improvements to support both Voltage Park’s internal and end customer use cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Infrastructure Engineering, Network Operations, Customer Success and Software and Platform Development Teams.
• Participate in the on-call rotation which is evenly distributed across all team members in a primary / secondary pattern where you are primary then move to a secondary position.

Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Network Engineer

• Implement and maintain high-throughput, low-latency networks supporting AI Factory workloads and distributed training infrastructure.
• Work hands-on to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot routing, switching, optics, and interconnect systems across data centers.
• Operate and optimize layer 2/3 network services: BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, and ACLs.
• Work with Infiniband Networking Systems and Nvidia Fabric Manager (UFM)
• Develop and maintain network automation (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform) for provisioning, compliance, and operational workflows.
• Monitor network health and performance using telemetry tools and help scale observability platforms.
• Participate in the incident response rotation and perform root cause analysis on service-impacting events.

• Manage the contract lifecycle: prepare, review, track, and organize contracts under attorney supervision
• Maintain a clean and structured system for contracts, filings, and compliance docs (own the Google Drive setup)
• Update and manage templates, playbooks, and FAQs for non-legal teams
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline processes and reporting
• Work on tooling projects like e-signature workflows, dashboards, and CLM software
