About the role
- Proactively identify and engage candidates, with an emphasis on senior-level software engineering and technical talent
- Full-cycle recruiting for inbound pipelines on roles in IT, technical support and associate software engineers, as needed
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate multiple hiring initiatives
- Support ATS migrations and optimizations
- Leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve candidate matching, and streamline recruiting processes
- Own recruiting projects and contribute to process coordination and optimization
Requirements
- Proven sourcing experience with a successful track record working on software engineering roles
- 2+ years in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, or related roles
- Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets, hiring markets, and career paths
- Passion for using AI and automation to improve recruiting processes
- Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with ATS migrations or implementations (nice-to-have)
- Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience (nice-to-have)
