- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and outreach strategies
- Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize sourcing workflows and candidate engagement
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously refine methods to improve results
Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing experience, with a strong track record in technical/software engineering talent in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Deep understanding of engineering roles, skill sets, and hiring markets
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
- A creative and persistent approach to engaging passive candidates
- Passion for using AI and automation to make sourcing more efficient
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with employer branding initiatives tied to technical hiring (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and sourcing analytics (nice-to-have)
