About the role
- About Sentry: mission to help developers write better software faster; builds performance and error monitoring tools
- Interview Coordination: schedule and confirm interviews across multiple time zones; ensure candidates and interviewers are prepared
- Candidate Experience: act as main point of contact, provide timely updates and an exceptional experience
- Recruiting Operations: maintain ATS data integrity, post job openings, generate reports and dashboards
- Communication: draft candidate communications, send feedback requests, support hiring managers with updates
- Team Support: partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes
- Process Improvement: suggest and implement improvements to recruiting operations to increase efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination role
- Proficiency with Ashby ATS required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
