About the role

  • Creatio is a global vendor of an AI-native platform to automate workflows and CRM with no-code and maximum freedom.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for APAC and MEA regions, focusing on Dubai, Indonesia, Australia.
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Use various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Foster positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance recruiting strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a successful track record of managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions.
  • Strong expertise in hiring for non-technical, business-critical roles, such as Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing (certification or practical experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner in identifying and securing top talent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Nice to have: Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (startup or agency background preferred).
  • Nice to have: Exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring, with emphasis on commercial and customer-facing roles that drive revenue and business growth.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
