Identify, engage, and nurture talent for frontline property management roles and specialized corporate functions
Work closely with recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies to discover and connect with qualified candidates
Thrive in a fast-growing environment; build creative search strategies from the ground up; data-driven; test sourcing methods including AI-powered tools, Boolean searches, and evaluating new platforms to expand talent reach
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, or full-cycle recruiting
Familiarity with ATS (Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Proven ability to source both high-volume and specialized roles
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects at once and meet deadlines
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively through verbal and written forms with both internal employees and external customers
Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of employees to achieve shared goals
