About the role
- Identify, engage, and nurture talent for frontline property management roles and specialized corporate functions
- Work closely with recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies to discover and connect with qualified candidates
- Thrive in a fast-growing environment; build creative search strategies from the ground up; data-driven; test sourcing methods including AI-powered tools, Boolean searches, and evaluating new platforms to expand talent reach
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, or full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with ATS (Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Proven ability to source both high-volume and specialized roles
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects at once and meet deadlines
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively through verbal and written forms with both internal employees and external customers
- Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of employees to achieve shared goals
