About the role
- Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, offering transparent, market-based GPU pricing and long-term reserve contracts
- Own the AP cycle: invoice processing, PO tracking, payments, and Ramp reimbursements
- Perform reconciliations (credit card, reimbursements, and accounts)
- Support month-end close, fixed asset tracking, and GAAP compliance
- Assist with annual audits, tax filings, 1099s, and property tax submissions
- Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to track budgets
Requirements
- AP experience in a growth stage start-up environment
- Excel/Google Sheets expertise, detail-oriented
- Experience using NetSuite (or similar, such as Sage Intacct)
- Audit/tax experience
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
- Thrives in grey areas and building processes
- A degree in finance and accounting or equivalent experience
- (Nice-to-have) Experience using expense-reporting software, such as Ramp
